Participation Fees and Payment Method

The following Table presents the fee structure (based on whether the courses will be attended online or with physical presence) and the discount policy.

*Please note that postgraduate students who would like to participate at the reduced participation fee must send a letter from the academic director/supervisor of their Master / PhD program to info@cresse.info confirming that they are not in full time employment.

Participation fees cover

Online

  • Access to the online delivery of all the sessions as listed in the Teaching Schedule (there may be small changes to the Teaching Schedule dates if courses are delivered online).
  • Possibility for virtual interaction with the instructor of each Module/ Advanced Short Course for Q&A.
  • Educational material for each Module’s / Advanced Short Course’s lectures written by each of the experts.
  • Certificate of Attendance including details for the Modules and/ or Advanced Short Courses attended, their instructors and their duration.

Physical Presence

  • Educational material for each Module’s / Advanced Short Course’s lectures written by each of the experts.
  • Participation in Coffee Breaks, the three Conference Lunches (30/6, 1/7, 2/7) and the Conference Dinner (2/7).
  • Certificate of Attendance including details for the Modules and/ or Advanced Short Courses attended, their instructors and their duration.
  • Participation fee (400 €) for attending the Conference that will take place during the period of the School. There is no VAT.
  • The conference folder with the articles in USB that will be presented during the Conference.

CRESSE 2022 Venue will be announced in due course.

Payment Method

We accept payments with credit cards and Bank Transfer.

– For a payment with credit card, a payment link will be sent to you after request from the School SecretariatPlease note that when card charges are incurred these will be added to the fees. You will be informed about these charges by the School Secretariat.

The amount transferred must be the total cost of fees net of any bank transfer expenses and must indicate the name of the participant.

The receipt of the copy of the bank transfer is necessary to be sent to the School Secretariat by fax (+30-210 8238812) or by email (scanned) to info@cresse.info.

Payment is necessary for a place to be reserved for an applicant.

Applications and Payments must be made at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the School. Under no circumstances can a student attend if payment has not been received.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The organization will return the fees (minus 250 € administration charge) when registration is cancelled 60 or more days before the commencement of the School.
  • Seventy five per cent (75%) of the fees paid will be returned when registration is cancelled between 59 and 40 days before the commencement of the School.
  • Fifty per cent (50%) of the fees paid will be returned when registration is cancelled from 39 to 20 days before the commencement of the School.
  • There will be no return of fees for cancellations 19 – 0 days before the commencement of the School.

In case you need a visa to travel to Greece, we recommend applying for your VISA at least 2 months before your travel date
