Participation Fees and Payment Method
The following Table presents the fee structure and the discount policy¹.

¹After 11 years with unchanged participation fees, unfortunately, we had to raise the fee by 7,5%. During this period, the cost of the hotels in Greece has more than doubled resulting in this necessary fee adjustment.
²Please note that postgraduate students who would like to participate at the reduced participation fee must send a letter from the academic director/supervisor of their Master / PhD program to info@cresse.info confirming that they are not in full time employment.
Participation fees cover
Online*
- Access to the online delivery of all the sessions as listed in the Teaching Schedule (there may be small changes to the Teaching Schedule dates if courses are delivered online).
- Possibility for virtual interaction with the instructor of each Module/ Advanced Short Course for Q&A.
- Educational material for each Module’s / Advanced Short Course’s lectures written by each of the experts.
- Certificate of Attendance including details for the Sessions attended, their instructors and their duration will be sent to all participants after the completion of CRESSE, provided that they have completed the online evaluation form for each session they attended (the evaluation form does not take more than 3 mins to complete and will be sent to you in due course).
* To cover the additional cost, the lectures will also be given online if a sufficient number of participants register for the online courses. Please note that all discounts apply equally to both online and in-person courses. Online participants will receive the discounts if they apply by the above mentioned deadlines and complete their payment when informed that the courses will be available online. Physical Presence
- Educational material for each session’s lectures written by each of the experts.
- 5 nights accommodation mainly in a 4*or in a 3* hotel close to the Venue, with the hotel selection made by CRESSE. Please note that accommodation is not covered for PhD students who have received the CRESSE grants.
- Transportation from the hotel of stay to the CRESSE Venue and return (other transportation costs (e.g. airplane tickets) are not included in participation fees and participants are responsible for their transportation arrangements).
- Participation in the Coffee Breaks, the three Conference Lunches (2/7, 3/7, 4/7) and the Conference Dinner (4/7). If you do not wish to attend the conference dinner please let us know on your application form.
- Certificate of Attendance including details for the Sessions attended, their instructors and their duration will be sent to all participants after the completion of CRESSE, provided that they have completed the online evaluation form for each session they attended (the evaluation form does not take more than 3 mins to complete and will be sent to you in due course).
Payment Method
We accept payments with credit cards and Bank Transfer.
– For a payment with credit card, a payment link will be sent to you after request from the Events Head Administrator. Please note that when card charges are incurred these will be added to the fees. You will be informed about these charges by the Events Head Administrator.

The amount transferred must be the total cost of fees net of any bank transfer expenses and must indicate the name of the participant.
The receipt of the copy of the bank transfer is necessary to be sent to the Events Head Administrator by fax (+30-210 8238812) or by email (scanned) to info@cresse.info.
Payment is necessary for a place to be reserved for an applicant.
Payments must be made at least 1 month before the commencement of the Course. Under no circumstances can a student attend if payment has not been received.
Cancellation Policy:
- The organization will return the fees (minus 250 € administration charge) when registration is cancelled 60 or more days before the commencement of the School.
- Seventy five per cent (75%) of the fees paid will be returned when registration is cancelled between 59 and 40 days before the commencement of the School.
- Fifty per cent (50%) of the fees paid will be returned when registration is cancelled from 39 to 20 days before the commencement of the School.
- There will be no return of fees for cancellations 19 – 0 days before the commencement of the School.
