The 2008 Conference on Competition and Regulation took place on the 4th and 5th of July, 2008 in PLAZA RESORT HOTEL, located in the seaside resort of Anavyssos, south of Athens. The special theme of the 2008 CRESSE Conference was "Competition Policy: Procedures, Institutions, IPRs". The 2008 CRESSE Conference Policy Lecture was delivered by Professor William Kovacic (FTC, USA) while the J-J Laffont Lecture was given by Professor Richard Schmalensee (MIT). The normal editorial process of refereeing will apply. The Symposium Editors are Prof. P. Regibeau (JIE Editor) and Professors Y. Katsoulacos and D. Ulph.
