Participation Fees: The Summer School fee structure for Core Modules 1-7 is (see below for Special Fee Discounts): participation in one Module: total fees €1,500.00 participation in two Modules: total fees €2,500.00 participation in three Modules: total fees €3,200.00 participation in four or more Modules: total fees €3,600.00
Participation fees of the Core Modules cover all tuition, educational material, coffee breaks, participation in the Conference Dinner, the conference folder with the articles that will be presented during the Conference. Also, they cover the fee for attending the Conference that will take place during the period of the School. There is no VAT. Modules 8 and 9 are provided free for as long as they are taken with at least one other Module. If no other Modules are taken their cost is €1,000.00 each and covers participation in the Modules, Conference, educational material, coffee breaks and participation in the Conference Dinner. Please note that the above participation fees do not include accommodation expenses. Summer School students pay only the tuition fees and make their own accommodation arrangements. The fee for the Conference is 400.00 Euros . Conference speakers and discussants get a 50% discount. Summer School participants can attend the Conference free of charge. The early registration discount is 15% for those registering and paying their fees before 28th March 2013 . 2. Discounts for organisations : If an organisation pays €3,600.00 it is entitled to send two of its employees to attend any number of the School Modules. 3. Discounts for past participants : There is a 50% discount for all past participants who wish to attend 2013 Summer School courses. Participation Fees for Postgraduate Students: A limited number of registered postgraduate students who are not in full time employment, will be selected on a first come first serve basis to participate in the Summer School at a reduced fee of €1,350.00. This fee covers participation in all the School Modules and the Conference. Please note that postgraduate students who would like to participate at the reduced participation fee of €1,350.00 must send a letter from the academic director/ supervisor of their Master / PhD program to info@cresse.info confirming that they are not in full time employment. For further details please contact the Summer School Secretariat. Cancellation Policy: The University will return the fees (minus €250.00 administration charge) when registration is cancelled at least 2 months before the 21st of June 2013. Fifty per cent (50%) of the fees will be returned when registration is cancelled at least one month before the 21st of June 2013. There will be no return of fees if registration is cancelled after the 21st of May 2013.
