Participation Fees: The fees structure is (see below for special Fee Discounts): participation in one Module: total fees €1,500.00 participation in two Modules: total fees €2,500.00 participation in three Modules: total fees €3,200.00 participation in four or more Modules: total fees €3,600.00Participation fees cover all tuition, educational material, coffee breaks, participation in the Conference Dinner, the conference folder with the articles that will be presented during the Conference. Also, they cover the fee for attending the Conference that will take place during the period of the School. There is no VAT.Please note that the above participation fees do not include accommodation expenses. Students pay only the tuition fees and make their own accommodation arrangements.Please click for payment method. Special Participation Fee Discounts: 1. Early applicants (ONLY for single participants): There is a 25% discount for those registering and paying their fees by 31st March 2010. The early registration discount is 15% for those registering and paying their fees before 30th April 2010. 2. Discounts for organisations: If an organisation pays €3,600.00 it is entitled to send two of its employees to attend any number of the School Modules.3. Discounts for past participants: There is a 50% discount for all past participants who wish to attend 2010 Summer School courses. Participation Fees for Postgraduate Students: A limited number of registered postgraduate students who are not in full time employment, will be selected on a first come first serve basis to participate in the Summer School at a reduced fee of €1,200.00. Cancellation Policy: The University will return the fees (minus €250.00 administration charge) when registration is cancelled at least 2 months before the 25th of June 2010. Fifty per cent (50%) of the fees will be returned when registration is cancelled at least one month before the 25th of June 2010. There will be no return of fees if registration is cancelled after the 25th of May 2010.
